Foster Elementary Charter School is opening a Curiosity Classroom this October, in partnership with the Building for Kids Children's Museum. It's a room inside our school filled with materials for building, testing, and making, and it's part of the regular school day.

AASD families approved automatically or through an application for Free or Reduced Meals for the 2025-26 school year, we want to remind you that carry-over status, which allows families time at the start of the school year to submit a new annual application, will expire on Wednesday, October 14, 2026

Mark your calendars for Friday, October 23, 4:30–6:00 p.m. at Sandy Slope Elementary School! Families are invited to a sensory-friendly Trunk or Treat and Community Resources Fair with decorated trunks, activities, and giveaways (candy & non-candy). A fun, safe, and inclusive evening for children and families!
